Hi dante, for pasting text in a new tiddler create a new tiddler from the right hand sidebar, paste it in and click 'done' in the tiddler's toolbar. After clicking 'save Changes' from the right side bar the pasted text will be saved within the TiddlyWiki html file itself. However, you have to download the TiddlyWiki first to your hard drive from here:
http://www.tiddlywiki.com/ For images you can enter the file path into a tiddler as it is explained here: http://www.tiddlywiki.com/#EmbeddedImages But you still have to copy and paste the actual pictures themself to that location.
