Thanks, but that is not the meat of my question. I was thinking more along these lines:
I do not want B to have the ability to change the main password (used to upload and save changes.) Is there a way to restrict access to the Control Panel (the only place I know where the site's password can be changed) ? Is there a "secondary" password I could give B so he can edit, and make all the changes he wants, but not do things like change the password, add Templates, or change Shadow Tiddlers? That was just a precursor to what I wanted to say.
