I'd like to take better advantage of the permalink feature. However
emailing the permalink or pasting it into a tiddler doesn't work so
well when the tiddler title contains spaces when the last two
characters in the link are the two ]]'s that enclose the tiddler
title.

The only way I've been able to get such a permalink to work from
within a tiddler is to put the permalink inside an html hyperlink.
( <a href="permalink">link</a> ).

Is there another way to create a cut and paste permalink that doesn't
break down when pasted into an email, or a tiddler? Of course, I
could try to explain to my fellow TW user's at the office that they
need to add the two ]]'s back into the URL, but would like to know if
there is another option.
