I've experimented further with the Missing tiddler list and am finding that tiddlers are only scanned for missing tiddler references if they are NOT HTML tiddlers - I use Bram Chen's HTMLArea for my content tiddlers and non-existent tiddlers that I refer to in the HTML tiddlers do not show up.
I can create a standard tiddler and any non-existent tiddlers referenced within (using the double-square brackets) show up in Missing Tiddlers. If I subsequently give the same tiddler the tag "wysiwyg" and edit it again, it opens as expected in HTMLArea. But when I close it and save changes, the very same tiddler - now in HTML form - does not register the same non-existent tiddler reference in Missing Tiddlers. I haven't changed any other tags and in particular I haven't added or removed the excludeMissing tag during this test. Is there anything I can do get the CoreTweaks/excludeMissing/HTMLArea combination to work perhaps?
