This is great and, like all things I like: should be part of the core!
Or at least, Jeremy, that we could globally disable auto-wiki-linking
throughout the document OR have the ~ disappear when a word is not a
candidate for wiki-links. In my experience auto wiki-links are more
trouble than they're worth especially because we thereby cause people
to WriteLikeThis instead of [[Writing Like This]...
