Hi Michael, at one point I wrote here that Hypergraph wouldn't work with the current TW. For a long time nobody disagreed. However, later with much trial I found that Hypergraph only would not work, if there are special characters in the titles of tiddlers. My mistake.
So you can install Hypergraph, just as it is explained, in to the latest TiddlyWiki!
