Note: you can *add* the "systemConfigDisable" tag, and *leave* the
"systemConfig" tag intact.  This will still disable the plugin, but
allows it to be listed in the PluginManager interface, where you can
re-enable it simply by toggling the 'Disable' checkbox for that
plugin.

Of course, you can always manually remove the "systemConfigDisable"
tag from a plugin tiddler to re-enable it, but using the PluginManager
is easier and faster.
