I was able to get the TaggerPlugin installed in an MPTW by customizing the ViewTemplateToolbar section of MptwTheme, which I understand you're not supposed to do. So where do I install it? MptwUserConfigPlugin doesn't seem to be the place.
Also, while I had Tagger installed, clicking on a tag in the drop down list of tags opened the tag instead of displaying a list of tiddlers tagged with the tag. What do I need to do to get this feature of the plugin to work properly in an MPTW? Finally, when I get Tagger installed I'd like to disable the normal display of tagging in MPTW. I assume I do that in the same place I install Tagger, but how do I do it? What code do I delete?
