I've been looking at a very simple "save as RTF" feature
for TiddlyResume, a small vertical I'm working on:

My use-case is to concentrate on generating nice HTML, marked
up using the hResume microformat and using the browser to print
the visible TiddlyWiki "story" to paper, PDF, etc.
As many people still insist on Word documents for Resumes/CVS,
*sigh* I plan to include a "save as RTF" option, which will of course
be in the form of a reusable plugin.
There may be a printer driver to generate RTF out there too, but I
don't think that's as ubiquitous as printing to PDF.

bad,
if by that you mean wikifying "heading", "bold", "italic", "list" etc
to
the RTF equivalents, however I think I plan to ignore CSS styles,
so the output will be fairly plain.
Of course what I'd really like at this point is for someone else
to jump in and say "here's one I made earlier" :)
