Not positive, as I've never used it, but I think EncriptionVault only writes them into shadow versions of the sidebar, and iTW has customized it sidebar. This is to keep it from writing all over what you have customized.
You will have to open the sidebar and paste: <<unlock>><<setPassword>> into it manually.
