Hi Phasma, This might be possible using out-of-the-box MPTW functionalities, I can't remember for sure... One thing is sure though : using TiddlerListMacro [1] you can achieve this *very* easily (I do it in my MPTW)
Simply install it, then, in your MainMenu, type : <<tiddlerList tags:MainMenu>> and that will be it ! You can even choose some fancy separators to organize the way the items appear in your MainMenu.
