I'm not quite sure what you mean by "html/javascript" in this context -
but I have been working on a Twitter adaptor:

While functional under the hood, there's no proper UI yet (other than
the ImportTiddlers wizard), and it requires the TiddlyWiki v2.4.2 (which
is due to go into beta today*).
