Is the link "clickable" afterwards? I haven't used easyEdit recently, as I am getting more familiar with the TW markup.
It seems the blue L is used in the following way: * typing #myword should link to the tiddler named #myword (ie, it inserts [[myword|my selected text}} into your tiddler's text. (I have no idea if spaces, or other funny characters work with this) * typing http://myurl.com into the url, puts <a href="http:// myurl.com">my selected text</a> into your tiddler's text.
