Eric, thanks for the thorough and detailed response - you've provided several useable solutions for me, and I'm going to do some experimenting to see what works best for my needs. (Somehow I missed chkSaveEmptyTemplate in Advanced Options.) I've been to your site, and all I can say is WOW, what an incredible resource!
