You can delete your own postings using the GoogleGroups web interface. Press the "more options" link in the header of the message and then click the 'remove' command link. You will be asked to confirm, and then the message will be permanently removed from the group postings. Also, as one of the group managers, I can remove any message that is way off-topic or inappropriate... though I've only done that once in over three years managing this group, and I prefer to let things sort themselves out through reasonable discourse and exchange of views. Also, as you are aware, all messages from new group members are moderated. This is done only to filter out the daily flow of postings from spammers (Indian porn and fake Nikes from China seem to be popular recently), and once a message has been determined to be from a legitimate, non-spammer source, the member is no longer moderated. Of course, while *I* see all these spam messages in the moderation queue, the rest of the group never sees any of those postings, and perhaps this has made me hyper-vigilant and a bit sensitive regarding the kind of links that *do* get posted on the group. -e --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
