That's because you are using CamelCase letters, which are used for links in TW. It doesn't get formatted the same since links are formatted differently by your stylesheet. You have 3 options to stop it from being a link:
1. Disable camelcase links with a plugin (I forget which one but it should be in TiddlyVault). 2. Add a tilde (~) before each CamelCase link. 3. Change your topics to non-camelcase lettering.
