Possibly, but it's a complicated process and not for the faint
hearted. There seems to be a couple of things in No-Brainer that makes
it a single tiddler. The HistoryPlugin and the SinglePageModePlugin

I turned them both off in TW T-Notes but immediately made it a single
tiddler again with TiddlersBarPlugin That makes a TiddlyWiki just
like a tabbed browser with a tab across the top for every tiddler
that's open.

TW T-Notes stands for 'tabbed notes'. It's like seeing again after
being blind and you may never go back to a normal TiddlyWiki again.
It is stable and doesn't jump all over the place like the standard
TiddlyWiki. You can have any number of tiddlers open, with some in
edit mode and others not. You simply switch between them by clicking
on the tabs.

Try it, your life will be changed forever.

Tabs are especially useful when using a reference site like TW Help
