Hello Ninja :)

As I cannot access the Dropbox website from my office connection, I cannot
see what functionality it provides in great details, but have you
considered hosting your TiddlyWiki on TiddlySpot
(http://www.tiddlyspot.com), which is provided for free and meant for
online storage and access to TiddlyWikis ?
I'm pretty sure that jsMathPlugin works from there, and you will still be
able to access local files, etc etc...

Cheers,
Nicolas.
