If you don't have the MptwUpgradeUrl then just use this: http://mptw.tiddlyspot.com/upgrade.html Basically import everything from there. You might have so trouble with the new theme stuff though. Perhaps disable SelectThemePlugin if things get weird. Are you using a d3/mptw hybrid? You probably want to get a fresh d3 also.
