general usage:
First, tag all the tiddlers you want in the new document with
something like "includeNew" or "starter" or ...

Then, use <<saveAs includeNew>> to embed a "save as..." command link
in your document.  When you click the command, you will be prompted
for a filename using your system's standard 'save a file' dialog box.
