I have written a macro which provides a rolling view of events/ activities see: http://schedule.tiddlyspot.com/
This macro extends the RemindersMacro (http:// remindermacros.tiddlyspot.com) by allowing a start and end time to be specified to give you a timetable view of sorts. You can specify the number of days, view only Sundays (say view a month of Sundays) etc. I like the idea of a full year view where you can zoom in, say a month at a time etc (will add that to my todo list) Basically the my macro is an alternative to the CalendarPlugin (already mentioned in this thread, http://www.tiddlytools.com/#CalendarPlugin ) to way to view "reminders", which could be anything an event, activity, appointment etc. Both these extensions scan the TW tiddlers for reminders and produce a list of links to any tiddlers that contain reminders. If you were to put each reminder in it own tiddler, then you could keep all information in the linked tiddler. Perhaps using either of these as a starting point might help.
