seems I have resolved the issue.

I have (had) the habit of getting into my webpages using "unigaia-
brasil.org/...."  where as the uploadplugins are trying to upload to
"www.unigaia-brasil.org/...", hence the target URL seems to be
different to the host...triggering a UniversalBrowserRead error!!!!!

So, now I open my pages correcty!!!
