Hi Caleb, This sometimes happens to me as well.
This is what I do: it seems to work for some reason: *Create new tiddler *Cut and paste table into the new tiddler Watch out for spaces at the end the line, after the pipe character - like this "| " It is bizarre. I have found that some table elements typed into a new tiddler then pasted into the 'bad tiddler' render as normal.
