SectionLinksPlugin is relatively new and was split off from CoreTweaks a few weeks ago. If you have installed an older copy of CoreTweaks, it will still contain the old section links handler code, which will collide with the new SectionLinksPlugin code, resulting in infinite recursion as the two bits of programming both try to extend the same core handling.
