http://tinyurl.com/bw28s7 If you're not talking about marking up your own journal, then you might be able to use Udo Borkowski's Include plugin: http://tinyurl.com/c84zth This plugin allows you to insert the contents of other tiddlers into yours, without allowing you to change them. So if you have a shared directory out on your intranet, you could give each of your colleagues their own copy of TW, each of which includes yours. And your copy would include theirs. So they could view your entries from within their TW's, and create new tiddlers to comment on them. You would see these comments whenever you refreshed.
