Well, I'm afraid there is no solution, really.
Apart from the TiddlyLock workaround, concurrent editing simply requires
a mediating component, which a browser-based application cannot provide
on its own:

Not much at all. If Python is available on your machine, it should be
trivial to install and easy to set up.
