Hi Jeremy - Glad you're still tracking the TiddlyVerse (for those that
don't know, Jeremy first wrote about TiddlyWiki on wsj.com back in
2005, and has published a series of interviews with myself and other
TiddlyWiki hackers at
http://www.loosewireblog.com/2005/08/the_tiddlywiki__3.html).

One of the TiddlyWiki segments that I've been watching with interest
is the Open Notebook Science movement, as explained by Garrett Lisi
here:
http://broadcast.oreilly.com/2008/09/lisi-on-a-wiki.html

Garrett publishes his own physics research on
http://deferentialgeometry.org/, and his work has been written about
here http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2008/07/21/080721fa_fact_wallacewells

Finally, twitter search an interesting way of getting a snapshot of
what people are doing with TiddlyWiki:

http://search.twitter.com/search?q=tiddlywiki

Let me know if there's any questions I can help you with.

Cheers

Jeremy.
