I realized one great power of current TiddlyWiki is to use tags and tagging (may not be the right term) to organize the hierarchy of tiddlers while [[wikiword]] gives the another dimension to link.
With the presentation of tagglyTaggingPlugin the "tags" (the ones that tag current tiddler or tag) are display at top and the "taggings" (the ones tagged by current tiddler or tag) at bottom. Some suggested to change the label of tags to Parent and taggings to Children, which seems much more intuitive to understand the relation. When open a tiddler, the tags box showed at bottom allow users to add tags (Parent) but not taggings (Children). TagglyTagging can add "NewHere" in the toolbar of a tiddler (eg. TA) so that users can add one NEW "Children" tiddler at a time. But users can not type in the existing tiddler's name (eg. TB) in the new tiddler name box since it will erase the existing content of TB. I wonder if it is possible to add the new "tagging box" at bottom in the edit mode (and I have moved the existing "tags box" to the top under title, which helps me to remember those are the Parents), so that users can add multiple taggings (Children tiddlers/tags) in the edit mode just like one can added multiple tags (Parents) in the edit mode. Best yet, I am also using IntelliTaggersPlugin that will automatically prompt existing tiddlers/tags for the current "tags box" in the edit mode. I wonder if it can be modified to also works for the proposed "tagging box". Currently, there is a workaround. TagMindMap provide some option codes that add "add parent" and "add child" on the toolbar. Both can allow you to add existing or non-existing tiddler as tags/tagging (parent/child). With these, a user can quickly build up the relation network between tiddlers. It is ok alliby adding only one at a time. (also no collaboration from IntelliTaggers) Duke --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
