The Yadda, Yadda, Yadda could be put in the Project tiddler if it covers more then one action.
I have a TW named History where I import all my completed projects along with their tiddlers (And a fresh copy of all my contacts so that is all up to date). It helps when I am trying to remember just when I did something, or when something goes wrong and I can pull up records of who did what, when, why and how. Not that I follow a strict GTD diet.
