Yes indeedie, that does work. You can't then link to tiddlers inside <html> ... which defeated the purpose of that list. Which was a list of tiddlers.
On some wiki mark-up you can still use HTML and only need the <html> tokens when htere could be some ambiguity. That's life -- I had to ask. w.
