Yes, you can put the audio file in the storage and a simple html routine <bgsound src="audio.file" > is put in the MarkupPreBody tiddler. You may see an example of audio music played when TW is recalled http://www.datacom.co.id/tiddly_tutor.html
I don't know if using the plugin can select the music.
