Real confounding, my tiddler cann't refresh to show the new
contents added via commentPlugin, for example.
Below is the test codes, by using AppendToTiddler for example:

<<tiddler AppendToTiddler >>
<<tiddler RefreshTiddler with: "refresh" "tooltip">>
}}}
When I input the text for appending, press ok and the refresh button,
nothing happened in my tiddler's view, everything remained the same.
The new appended text in the tiddler only appear when I close and
reopen the tiddler.
