I've committed a temporary workaround:

Note, however, that this sort of rename-overwrite isn't actually
permitted in terms of TiddlyWeb - that is intentional.
So we end up with a bit of a murky situation. However, this seems like a
non-essential feature, so I'm inclined to say we shouldn't waste too
much time on it. (The respective error messages need to be fixed though.)
