Word of encouragement-

Most of this sounds right up TiddlyWiki's alley, using
ForEachTiddlerPlugin and maybe a couple others. The only tricky part
is your description of the stats page. I'm sure that's doable somehow.
We'll see what ideas the big guns give you...
