Hi, A concrete example: I am too responsible for different customers. For each customer I have different big (non-gtd related) projects running and for each customer I have different contacts. What I do now in mGTD is that each customer project is a mGTD project. This allows me to see the different actions and I can nicely attach a contact and a context to each action. Works very good but not perfectly ;-) because the projects are not equal to the different GTD projects that are necessary to achieve the goal of the customer project or I might need to do things that do not belong to one of these customer projects but are still related to the customer. So it's actually an extra level with the same functionality as a project. I think the sub-project concept might work, but then I would need a better way to view the 'parent' projects apart from their children projects. Eg. a view with only the parent projects, a view with all the parent projects and their children projects. A view per parent project which lists all the actions and the actions grouped following their project. I hope this makes sense. And if you could just point me to a possible solution or documentation which might help, I will be happy to try to implement it myself.
Thanks!
