Hi all,

I'm new to TiddlyWiki, although I really wish I know it earlier. It's
so handy and useful, thanks to the developer and the community :)

So far everything sounds so nice to me, except that long articles are
rather inconvenient to edit. What I want is a solution for the
following use case: I want to keep a journal, consisting a series of
short articles, and the wiki system provides a list view of all of
them expanded (so that easy for inspection), and convenient access to
each of the pieces. (You might recall something looks alike, -- yes,
the web blogs.)

TiddlyWiki looks so good so far that I really hope that it has
solution on this commonly experienced use case. What I can imagine to
solve this is to put every piece of text in a section, and we need
that sections are themselves editable. After a bit of search I found
some some already existing discussions about similar problems. One of
the threads is the following, started in March 2008:

There is a good suggestion over there, using the <<tiddler, ...>>
macro to make a "Table of contents", but this is still weird to do by
hand.

Is there any new progress on this functionality? I admit I'm new and
haven't done much research on this topic before I put this post. Maybe
it's a common problem and has been already solved. But I'll greatly
appreciate any comments or suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Lin
