My recollection is you're new to TiddlyWiki. On that assumption, my suggestion would be, "Be patient." Some of the things that strike you as clutter now may come to seem useful later on. E.g., I've come to find it helpful to have the information about when the tiddler was created and when it was last modified right there up front. If after you've worked with it for while there's something that still grates on you for one reason or another -- or for none that you can tell -- go ahead and get rid of it. TiddlyWiki is immensely customizable -- it's beauty, and for some for whom HTML, CSS, and Java scripts remain a mystery, its bane.
