Hi Ken

It would be very nice to be able to have a power-user guide - even if
I don't consider myself to be a power user just yet - I have many
questions which falls in that category.... Maybe it's because I want
to make my TWs work in a way that suits my work and that my collegues
can understand - not knowing anything about TW - yet.

I also see that the things that I am asking for are "common tools" in
the very good works of Dave Gifford amongst others.. And if it wasn't
for the direct and generous nature of this group - It would have been
impossible for me to make the progress that I've made the last month
or so.

I haven't got any education in programming of any kind - and I don't
think for a minute that the reading of a PowerGuide could eliminate
the need for a UserGroup that have so many different userstories
documented in the archives and knowledgeable advisors ready for
commenting your acute need for help.

But on the other hand - If we did translate the threads into tutorials
with documentation/conclusions as finished TWs - It would be so much
easier to climb the stairs to be able to make customized TWs for
everyone..

It would also be nice to have a "script-snippets repository" - working
much in the same way as TiddlyTools (Which is a FANTASTIC ressource
for TW - Eric Shulmans work on that site is true magic !!)

Tiddlywiki.org has the potential to fullfill that wish - over time -
but If it should have the true scope of a TW-scripts and macro-
repository - We ought to move the Group- activities to the discussion-
pages of the mainWiki and *someone* should clean up the mess by making
the discussions link to relevant documentation on "the front pages" of
the Wiki.

I like the idea of a power-user-guide based on the archives of
TiddlyWikiGroups very much!!
There is no doubt about that there lies much knowledge hidden
somewhere in the long threads... It just takes so looong to find it -
and sometimes you don't even know what it is that you are looking for
- therefore it is vital to be able to se the solutions and results
that people have achieved - to be able to pinpoint what your could do
instead to accomplish good results..
