Maybe I don't have in mind a simple thing. I have a mess of users after using TiddlyWiki. It's my fault. Sometimes I forgot to change "Your Name" but I'm more careful with tags; besides I have several nicknames for web services and I categorize the messages by the user. I have been taking the username as a sort of pseudo-organization. I haven't tested your advice yet, I go slowly but maybe you have to guess instead me what I'm saying at this point. If your advice work well my question could be a wrong approach.
