We moved to Firefox when we first deployed our TW based files. I guess I'll have to revisit using IE instead, though we've really enjoyed a couple of the Firefox add-ons, specifically Session Manager and Tree Style Tabs. It doesn't look like saving cookies is a problem on IE, so that would solve the immediate problem and hopefully it won't be the source of other issues.
