The 'open folded' mode of StorySaverPlugin is controlled by a option
setting:
<<option chkStoryFold>>
However, this setting affects *all* stories opened in the document,
rather than being associated with a particular story.
To allow for "story-specific folding", I've updated the <<openStory>>
macro definition to permit use of an optional "fold" keyword
parameter:
<<openStory StoryName label tooltip fold>>
If present, it forces the tiddlers in the story to be initially
'folded' when displayed. If not present, the current chkStoryFold
option setting is used.
