"Linkification".... ah ha! This indicates that you've almost certainly installed some FireFox browser plugins... some of which make assumptions about *static* page content that are not compatible with TiddlyWiki's *dyamically-generated* content. Try starting FireFox with an unmodified profile (use the --profile- manager argument on the command line when you start FireFox). If the problems disappear, then try re-enabling browser plugins one at a time until the problem re-emerges.
