FreeMind (http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Download) is
very good at making flash AND java mindmaps containing links - in a
html. It needs Jre
The swf's it produces are not selfcontaining - but need some external
files ---however if you save everything in one place - it should be
fine..

Still the links will *not* be able to point at individual tiddlers in
a TW - however FreeMind can automatically produce trees and maps of
your files and directory structures - and If you use your TW locally,
you could implement your FreeMind applet in an iFrame...

Eric Shulman (ELSDesignStudios/tiddlytools.com) has made a native
scriptfor TW which allows you to browse your filesystem directly from
inside a tiddler: http://tiddlytools.com/#ShowLocalDirectory. If you
have the appropriate "viewerprograms" ie acrobat etc ..and use
framedLinksPlugin (http://tiddlytools.com/#FramedLinksPlugin) you will
be able to open some files inline...
You'll get an errormessage when opening the ShowLocalDirectory script
from the net. It should be used only from a local TW.
