Hi all I hope that a Working Group can work collaboratively and finally get to a result....which most will view this over internet....and some will want a REAL copy (yes some people still use paper!!!). So I need to get organised around how to have my collaborative TW print out good looking documents.
SnapshotPlugin is great, except that it can print/createfile....for current tiddler, all tiddlers, current open tiddlers...and something else that I forgot. StoryViewerPlugin lets me select a list of tiddlers that make up a story (or in my case a manual)...but only lets me view them one at a time. StorySaverPlugin remembers the open tiddlers and reopens them when next I open the TW....but apparently doesn´t let me change the sequence etc...... So...two wishes the easy one ----- modify StoryViewerPlugin do that once I´ve got my tiddler list in the right order, it then closes all other tiddlers and opens all tiddlers in my story list...so that SnapshotPlugin can print it all out, using the all option.....lovely !! the harder one (that I would prefer, obviously) ---- StoryViewerPlugin lets me create my list of desired printable tiddlers....and then SnapshotPlugin uses that tiddler (with the story list) to output them all ...exactly as I want....simple !!!! ????? It means an extra parameter in SnapshotPlugin that takes a tiddler name as is source document !!!! OK.......is this a "few minutes..", " give me a few hours" or a "sometime in the future" request (or maybe just FORGET IT !!). Its not super urgent for me.....I have a month or so the generate the data anyway!!!
