... at the least you can go to the particular tiddler: http://www.tiddlytools.com/#ImportTiddlersPlugin open this tiddler in edit mode, copy and paste the whole of this tiddler into a new and latest TiddlyWiki version (including its title field and at least the systemConfig tag for its tag field). Save and reload this new TiddlyWiki to have the functionality of ImportTiddlersPlugin take effect.
