You can do it exactly the same way.  Just put an iframe in the <body>
section of your HTML page.

<iframe  src ="http://twhelp.tiddlyspot.com/"; width="100%"
align="center" height="600" scrolling="auto" frameborder="0"
allowtransparency style="border:none;"></iframe>
