With a preloader, I think you are quickly going to start running into the complaint of it taking sooooo looooong to load the TW, as you would have to get the TW to load and run all the plugins plus import everything before displaying the first tiddler. And I don't think you could ever get it to only do that if it is a request for a imported tiddler.
