Thanks to an older post by FND* I was able to identify why I was
unable to view TiddlyWikis from the office.

The most likely cause for this is the respective network (e.g. in a
corporate environment) filtering the incoming traffic due to the use
of JavaScript.
Useful info that is well worth recording here once again. If you're
having problems, follow the links above: they offer a fix that may
work for you.
