Hi Edi I have implemented moving tiddlers from one bag to another myself and have just written up a post on how to do it at http://bengillies.net/#[[Publishing%20Tiddlers]]
As far as adding in listboxes to choose a bag, etc, I have not personally done this, but my publishing plugin simply defines a couple of new fields, so any plugin that can modify these should be fine. let me know if this makes sense, or if something doesn't work.
