The error message you get seems to be the source code of your TiddlyWiki.

If you can upload an empty TW, then it's probably a plugin clash.  Try
adding your plugins a few at a time to your working empty TW,
reloading and uploading each time, and you'll probably find the plugin
that's clashing.
